On 28 October, 2014, the training of quality program AUN- QA standards evaluation was organized by EXAMINATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE SECTION, HSPH. The standards and quality control of the University South East Asia Network (ASEAN University Network -AUN) is a prestigious system of University quality accreditation in the region and the world. It was applied by reputed universities to bring superiority to learner through teaching staff, curriculum and other learning support facilities.
The training session was held with the aim of moving towards international recognition and enhancing the quality of education.

A numerous staff and faculty of HSPH as well as reporters: Ms Nguyễn Thị Thanh Nhật and Ms Phạm Thị Bích from EXAMINATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE SECTION (Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City) also participated in training sessions.
The training was takes place with rhythmic interaction between reporters and HSPH faculty. There has been a lot of comments were discussed, including many comments around the pros and cons of the application of the assessment criteria AUN at HSPH. It is expected that there will be some next training sessions to deliver completed in-depth AUN information for faculty of HSPH.

AUN was known as the ASEAN University Network (Network of Universities in Southeast Asia). AUN currently has 30 members, including members of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho University. To manage the quality of the membership, a separate accreditation system called the ASEAN University Network English - Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) was set up by AUN.
